Dr. Natalia Bell is an Assistant Professor and Faculty Leadership Fellow in the Department of IT, Data Science, and Cybersecurity at Marymount University, Arlington, VA (USA).

Dr. Bell holds a Doctorate of Science in Cybersecurity and several industry certifications in IT and Cybersecurity. She also serves as the Associate Director for Education of the ISACA GWDC Chapter and Cyber Security Forum Initiative Fellow. Her research interests lie in the area of Cybersecurity, Cyber and Digital Diplomacy, International Cybersecurity, and CTI.

At Marymount University, Dr. Bell teaches an array of courses in IT and Cybersecurity, from undergraduate core courses to advanced graduate and doctoral courses, including service in various graduate thesis and doctoral dissertation committees.
