Costel Ciuchi
Costel Ciuchi is a Senior Expert in the Information Technology and Digitalization Directorate, General Secretariat of the Government with responsibilities in developing government apps and infrastructure, security of IT services (INFOSEC) and coordinating Gov.ro Domain Registry. Associate Professor at the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest, he conducts research activities in decision-making, cybersecurity and security risk areas.
